At the heart of the experience is a serious hydrotherapy setup: 50 next-generation 1st Gen jets deliver full-body massage from shoulders to soles, powered by a SpaNet two-speed 3HP pump and warmed by an energy-efficient 2kW heater. We offer free nationwide delivery and installation services on all of our hot tubs. From the point of ordering with a simple £99 deposit, receive a date for delivery in as soon as 2 weeks, with delivery taking up to 3 weeks depending on stock levels.
Our delivery and installation team will get you and your hot tub up on-site and running in a split!
Furthermore, we even offer collections on all of our hot tubs, whereby you may easily pick up your hot tub from our central showroom.

The AquaIntel SW50 is a highly efficient, compact heat source pump designed for optimal pool temperature maintenance. With a heating capacity up to 5.0 kW and an impressive average Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 9.1 at 50% speed, it ensures excellent performance under a wide range of conditions. The pump can service pools between 5 and 20 cubic meters and operates effectively in air temperatures from -5°C to 43°C. Lightweight at 33kg and requiring a 230V 1Ph power supply, the AquaIntel SW50 combines powerful heating capabilities with ease of installation and use.

All hot tub deposits are non-refundable after 14 days and will vary from £99 to £500 depending on the hot tub you have ordered. your deposit secures your order / hot tub from the factory, please note this may take 2 to 26 weeks to be delivered DEPENDENT ON WHETHER IN STOCK. If your hot tub is in stock when you order, delivery can be arranged from 24 hours onwards depending on our workload at the time of order.

In Stock – If your hot tub is in stock when you order, depending on our workload at the time of order, it will typically be delivered within 7 to 21 days from order. During peak times, delivery slot allocation can take longer and it may take us longer to deliver your hot tub. Please email us if you have any questions.
1 Full-year parts and labour warranty with the option to have a lifetime warranty on all hot tubs as long as we carry out a full annual service on your hot tub we will leave your hot tub under warranty for life, meaning you never have to worry about repair bills ever again with our amazing service plans.

The remaining balance that is then due must be paid on the date of setting the delivery for your hot tub. No hot tub will be offloaded from the delivery vehicle until we have cleared funds accounted for.
A two man team will offload your Hot Tub from our delivery vehicle and will position your spa in your garden. Please note that a minimum of 1 metre width is required if we are moving the spa (please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact 1 metre width also note that if the hot tub is 2 meters long it will require 2.5 meters of clearance before it can be turned).

Once our team have got your spa into your chosen location, our team will lower the spa and move this into it’s final position for you. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from the product and will ensure that your property is left neat and tidy.
